A beautiful antique Caucasian Shirvan rug featuring well-known Shirvan motifs. The rug with an all-over pattern of abstract geometries on beige background, surrounded by a complementary geometric design borders. This early 20th century very tasteful piece is made of fine quality soft wool. There is no major restoration to speak of, slightly restorated. Despite utilizing well-known motifs, the overall composition of the rug is very creative and unique. Very well preserved, sturdy and clean.
