Beautiful and fine brooch from end of 19th century (circa 1880-1890), decorated in its center with an enamel hand painting in the style of Egyptian Revival in the pattern of an Egyptian princess over a pink Guilloché enamel background. The brooch's body is made of 14K Yellow Gold, with the Russian Imperial hallmark '56' on the pin, however since the style of this crafting was more prevalent in France and Switzerland, it can be assumed it was painted by a Russian artist in Czarist Russia.
