A vintage textured ceramic wall hanging / wall plaque that depicts Old Man Winter blowing into his cupped hands. The obverse of the piece which depicts Old Man Winter is a sandy texture. Teal hued in color. Underside is white and features open ceramic areas that can be used for displaying. Underside is also signed, Scioto. Appears to be dated adjacent to signature, illegible. Piece has some wear consistent with vintage age and use. Mild chips, discoloration to the underside. Approx. 15 inches in length and width. Depth approx. 9 inches.
