Made circa 1854, commemorating Thomas Jefferson's signing of an act of Congress approving Ohio's boundaries and constitution on February 19, 1803.

Height 37 ½ by Width 42 in.

CIRCA 1854

Condition Report:
In overall excellent condition with original stitching apparently in tact. Very light soiling throughout. Any pulls and/or tears are negligible. Housed in a contemporary gilt frame with linen backing.
