SOUTHERN DECORATED STONEWARE CREAM PITCHER, brown-glazed, approximately one-pint capacity, graceful ovoid form with three incised shoulder rings, two rings below the rim, small strap handle, and pronounced beaded foot. Two bands of painted brown spots encircle the body. Possibly North Carolina, Georgia, or Alabama. 1860-1920. 6" H, 3 1/4" D rim.
Several small areas of restoration to rim, otherwise excellent.
