[Accompanied by IGR report no. 30302936, dated 17th August 2015, stating that the spinel weighing 1.48 carats is natural, with no indications of heating. The diamonds weighing 0.59 carats in total are G colour.
Stamped with British hallmarks for Birmingham, 18 carat gold, sponsor's mark DJM, and 18ct Gold (750). Spinel deep red, appears clean to the naked eye. Gross weight approximately 4 grams. Condition as new.]
