Conceived in 1965 and executed by Sterlé, Paris on March 1, 1970.
Condition Report:
Burnished gold patina. Some dust in the deeper crevices. Some oxidation near the seahorse. A spot of oxidation to the rear right section of the turtle's shell. Some rubbing to the extreme edges. While this work is and was conceived as a lamp, its electrical wiring requires repair. It is accompanied by a two-pronged European plug and dimmer. Wiring aside, this work is in very good condition.
