Scholarly glosses hand written by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Hirsch Fuks ab"d Oradea, on the Sefer "Shev Shma’ata". Lemberg 1837.

'Shev Shma'ata', by the famous author of 'Ketzot HaChoshen' Rabbi Arye Leib HaKohen, Lemberg, 1837. Personal copy of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Hirsch Fuks ab"d Oradea, with hand written glosses, and stamp of his son [Avraham] Shmuel Fuks hy"d, who was killed in Auschwitz in the year 1944.

HaGaon Rabbi Moshe Hirsch Fuks, (1843-1911) Disciple of the Mahara"m Shik and Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Monheimer ab"d Ungvar, and cherished student of Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Binyamin Sofer the 'Kesav Sofer'. Rabbi Moshe Hirsch was Rav in Sered and later served as Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in the city of Oradea for decades, and his answers were published in his sefer "Shu"t Yad Ramah".

Additional signatures and listings in the sefer, amongst them dedication from Rabbi Chaim Friedland, Mashgiach of Yeshivat Ponovitz',with his hand writing and his signature. Rabbi Yaakov Shik, student of Rav Friedland received this sefer and wrote his history on the back flyleaf.

58 pages, 21cm. Cutting on the pages of the sefer at a later time damaged the editing.

Original cover wear and tear lose and disconnected, stained.
Good – very good condition.
