Sculpture of the god Agni made by a sculpture and modelling art workshop for the artistic education of sculptor students in India. The sculptor neophyte, through the careful study of human proportion combined with the classical aesthetics present in Hindu temples, created iconographic models that reflected the artistic productions and traditional aesthetic canons. With the awareness of the artistic disciplines, in 1857 the School of Art (photo) was founded in Mumbai. In 1860 the Italian sculptor Fransisco was invited as a sculpture teacher.
