Antique Set of seven silver plated Presidential desert or teaspoons by Wm Rogers Silver Manufacturing Company, U.S.A.

One set of three presidents is in very good condition, just a little surface wear from cleaning; other 4 spoons have small black patina spots and a little more wear [good to very good condition]. See photos.
