Sevres Porcelain Gilt Portrait Urn
A Sevres porcelain urn with an overall cobalt blue toned body. Decorated with a hand painted courting couple portrait scene on one side and a landscape chateau scene on the other. The urn is mounted to an ornate bronze base and is further decorated with acanthus leaf motif accents. Finished with ornate gilded scrolling accents throughout and completed with an acorn funnel adorned lid. Lid marked with traditional "Sevres" markings.
