Shasevan - Jajijm - 170 cm - 127 cm

Shahsavan nomads made these 'Jajim's' for their own use. On narrow mobile looms with a width of 28 to 32 cm. The long narrow sections were then sewn together to achieve width. These nomads lived in the north of Iran and in the south of Caucasus. Used to stay warm, as a bedspread or hanging over a table with a charcoal fire in a pan under it to retain the heat.
