1970s, attributed to Anthony Redmile (British, b. 1940), the face probably based on Michelangelo's David, his chest and hair set with a profusion of shells, crystals, fossils and coral, a sliced geode forming an amulet on his chest, mounted on a molded and lacquered circular wood base.
