Southwestern Sterling Silver Malachite Bracelet, 8"
Vintage Mexico/Southwestern Sterling Bracelet - Malachite - heavy 34.14, Mid-Century, 1950's, possibly 1940's. 8" long - this is old school with heavy sterling shadowbox base type links that are each 1.25" wide and 2/3" tall with a bezel-set malachite stone in each - each stone is appx 14mm by 10mm. The malachite is not has heavily polished as the newer bracelets and this does have some vintage wear but it is an awesome bracelet with a great vintage look and feel. You know it's been around and has a story to tell. It has a wide tongue clasp that fits into a slot under the end link on the other side. This has a hand created look. This came from a PA estate from a woman who had a nice collection of older pieces - most were not Southwestern/Mexican but I was thrilled to have captured this piece. Good condition with some wear -
