Statue - Gilt bronze, Gold, Gold 22 kt, Large - Buddha - With Six Character Stamp - China - Late 20th century

This a stunning, detailed, heavy, large, gilt bronze Buddha. Gilded in 22-23k Gold and lacquered ( chemically verified from samples behind ears) . Remains of red colour to lips. At current prices this is covered in over €100 of 22-24 k gold. With a radiant face, decorative simple and a six chinese character mark, this statue has a radiant presence. The base is sealed with a copper plate. The modelling and face are typical of early Ching Dynasty pieces, including the Chinese characters, though I believe this is late 20th century, or early 21st Century. It appears to have been carefully gilded and lacquered, more than once over time. Please make your own estimation. This is not a poor quality, modern fake.
