framed: 41.5 by 47cm.; 16¼ by 18½in.
Executed in 1961.

Condition Report:
Original canvas. There are three small repairs to the canvas, visible on the reverse.

There are stretcher bar marks visible, with associated ridges to the paint surface and associated fine line of craquelure. The repairs to the canvas are visible. There is some undulation and unevenness to the paint surface, particularly near the edges. A few scattered lines of craquelure. One small fleck of loss lower right. Minor surface dirt.

Ultraviolet light reveals spots of retouching to the aforementioned spots on the reverse, as well as a few spots and flecks elsewhere.

Held in a gilt plaster and wood frame.
