Condition Report: **Nicely polished chairs with minor wear, most notably to the bottoms of the legs.

All front legs are tight. Three of the chairs exhibit looseness or separation where the arms meet their upright support. One chair exhibits play at the juncture of the stiles and seat rails.

Upholstery is in very good condition with no notable stains.
