[ translate ]

Sunbeam Alpine Serie V * Very rare to see * Powerful and smooth 1. 7L motor * 'Mediterranean' blue with a black leatherette interior • This project car drives well The first owner lived in France. This rare Sunbeam was registered in the Netherlands in 2018. The Sunbeam was part of The Rootes Group in 1966. It was acquired by Chrysler in 1971. The seats and door cards are upholstered with black artificial leather and are in reasonable condition. It has a dark blue soft-top. The black dashboard has Jaeger gauges and instruments. The Alpine is powered by a 1. 7-litre four-cylinder engine and a four-speed manual transmission. The engine runs fine and the gearbox shift well. The engine has 100 hp and allows you to make proper use of the Alpine's good chassis. The Sunbeam Alpine is a wonderful convertible with a sporty look and pleasant handling. As the pictures show, the Sunbeam is in reasonable condition both the bottom as well as the top. The colour combination is very elegant, the ‘Mediterranean’ blue body creates a very nice contrast with the chrome. A unique opportunity to get hold of and drive this rare Sunbeam Alpine. The clutch cylinder was recently replaced. It needs some technical TLC as it stood still in recent years. There are also some cosmetic points of attention, these can be seen in the detailed photos. You could fully respray the blue paintwork if you’d like a higher finish. Definitely worth it given current market trends. We can also arrange export documents and transport for you. A 2-week insurance is also possible! This Sunbeam is almost complete except for a couple of things. It has naturally sustained signs of wear and age over the years, please see photos! A nice restoration project for the real enthusiast! The Sunbeam is 56 years old and exempt from Dutch periodic inspections! You are more than welcome to view this car in our showroom and to take it for a test drive before you place a bid. This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Oldemarkt, the Netherlands.
