TABLE CLOTH WITH SERVIETTES (9) - Cotton - Second half 20th century
This is a "marriage" which I made up as the two go together perfectly well. It concerns a small table cloth with hand applied embroidery in silk like thread on cotton. They flowers look pansies and are beautifully executed. The colours are still very vivid. Ideal for tea in the afternoon. The serviettes are matching well with it as the borders pick up the colours of the cloth. the inside is white with the initials
