THREE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE DISHES

Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), probably Wanli period (1572 - 1620). The largest and one of the two smaller dishes decorated with a chilong at the center, the other smaller dish decorated with a figure, probably Kui Xing, the God of Literature, the rims decorated with geometric motif bands, fu mark to the center of the bases of two dishes.
Diameters: 4 ¼ ", 4 ¾", 5 ½" or 11 cm, 12 cm, 14 cm.

Provenance: the collection of a Dutch noblewoman lived in Indonesia, acquired before 1975.
