THREE-PIECE LOT OF FINE GILT-DECORATED SATSUMA
The charger is decorated with a group of seated robed figures conversing, all beneath a scroll, loosely translated titled "Hundreds of People". The charger is signed with a four character mark on the foot. The bowl, similarly decorated and with a two character mark on the foot. The round covered footed bowl is decorated with three flower heads at the center of the lid and on the bowl interior. The sides are decorated with pairs of seated figures. The top of the lid is decorated with a group of robed figures and calligraphy. Condition: All pieces are very good to excellent. The bowl has some minor gilt loss on one section of the side. Condition: (Very Good - Excellent). Dimensions: Larger: 12 - 1/2" x 12 - 1/2" x 2".
