A letter from Tove Jansson to Emmy “Bro” Grén-Broberg, dated Christmas Eve 1973, as well as Tove Jansson's book “Solstaden” with a dedication and drawing from Tove Jansson 1974, accompany the purchase.

PROVENANCE
Gymnastics director Emmy “Bro” Grén-Broberg, Nacka. “Bro” started the girl scout movement in Sweden together with, among others, Tove Jansson's mother Signe Hammarsten. Tove and “Bro” were good friends.
