Baroque, Germany or the Netherlands, 17th century.
Rectangular body veneered with tortoiseshell, ebony and partly engraved ivory in the form of rectangular and heart-shaped reserves. The front and cover hinged. The cover opening to reveal a compartment with divisions. The front opening to reveal three tiers of drawers, the uppermost false, the lowest comprising a double drawer. Iron carrying handles to the sides and iron lock. 1 key.
44 × 35.5 (57.5) × 25 cm.
Restored. Engraving heavily worn. Cover slightly warped. 1 side handle damaged.
