Comprising a moulded pottery tile with a rider on horseback feeding a simurgh against lush vegetation and houses in profile, of rectangular shape, painted in pink, yellow, green, cobalt blue and black, 33.5cm x 25.8cm; and a fragment of a flat architectural tile, possibly used as part of a door lintel, decorated with typical Qajar-inspired bands of scrolling rosette tendrils, the centre with rectangular cartouches filled with vegetation and mountains, 26.8cm x 10cm.
