Table, Top - Marble - Mid 20th century
A large table top made of Giallo Antico marble, with inserts of Rosso Francia marble and white Statuario marble along the perimeter. Produced by an important Roman artisan workshop in the second half of the 20th century. Through the use of the open vein (marble) flooring technique, the Giallo Antico marble of Numidia, very exclusive and rare, is cut in very thin slabs and then mounted with the open vein method.
