A Late 19th Century Theodore Deck Glazed Earthenware Vase. Bottle form vase done in the Iznik style, consists of a white ground with stylized flower and scrolling leaf and vine motifs overall, with guilloche motifs about the mouth and foot, all in shades of azure and turquoise. Marked "THD 1870" at the underside. Joseph-Théodore Deck, French, 1823–1891. Some crazing and flaking of glaze, hairline crack at the base. 11" diameter, 19 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $2,000-4,000
