Reference:
One copy of this engraving is located in the British Museum, London [Museum number 1919,1201.1]. The British Museum experts wrongly identified this portrait as Maria Clementina Sobieska (1702-1735), a titular queen of England, Scotland and Ireland by marriage to James Francis Edward Stuart, a Jacobite claimant to the British throne.

Another copy of this engraving is located in the Windsor Royal Collection, registration# RCIN 603643. This copy is identified as "Louise of Stolberg, Countess of Albany as princess."

Based on other portraits, especially the portrait by Alexius Giardoni, the identification by the Royal Trust is correct.
