Pen and brown ink and wash over black chalk, within brown ink framing lines;
signed in brown ink, lower left: cornu. Schut. f:
238 by 174 mm; 9⅜ by 6⅞ in.
Condition Report:
Laid down on paper and subsequently window mounted to a modern paper backing. There are old pin prick holes to the corners and evidence of some minor staining and surface dirt to the sheet, with staining to the lower left and upper centre. There are old creases, both vertical and horizontal to the sheet. The combination of media is a little rubbed in places, but generally remains strong. Sold unframed.
