Theodore Roosevelt Signed Military Commission
Theodore Roosevelt Signed Military Commission
Large military commission on parchment, 15" x 19" with blue seal to lower left. Dated "Twenty Fourth day of December, 1907", signed by President Theodore Roosevelt as "Theodore Roosevelt".
