3 loose documents, comprising (i) fragment of a commercial record, in Arabic, on parchment, late Ayyubid period, end of twelfth century, 8 lines sepia cursive naskh, upper left-hand side of document only. c. 160 by 90 mm. (ii) dated commercial transaction mentioning 700 Dirhams, in Arabic, on brown mottled paper, Ayyubid period, dated 25 Ramadan 630 AH (1232 AD), single column, 13 lines black naskh, a few small holes, rubbed and worn, 250 by 185 mm. (iii) commercial transaction, with financial details in the margins, in Arabic, on paper, probably Ottoman period, Egypt, eighteenth century, 5 lines cursive black naskh, paper creased with a little surface soiling, 200 by 215 mm.
