second quarter 19th century, including a lidded caricature jug of a woman dressed in farthingale, h. 9-1/2", w. 7", a figure of a woman drowsing, h. 6-1/2", w. 4-1/2", both with a "J.P." mark in underglaze blue and a Bristol-style mark, together with a scent bottle in the form of a woman in Renaissance costume, a bird perched on her finger, h. 9-1/2", w. 5-3/4", signed "J.P." in underglaze blue.
