Tobacco box, Austrian Silver Snuff/Tobacco Box (1) - Silver - Austria - Mid 19th century

This is an antique c. 1847 Austrian Hallmarked Silver snuff/tobacco box. There is a decorative scrollwork patter on the lid, base and sides of the box. The interior of the box is beautifully gilded and the hallmarks are on the inside base and inside lid of the box. The hinge is in good order. Overall in good condition for the age of the item, there are a couple of small splits which I hope you can see in the photos, in my opinion nothing detrimental to the overall desirability of this antique item.
