Reliquary box or snuff box, made of wood and iron pins. Could also have been used for Rosary. High relief with Catholic Bishop's symbols. From corozo nut - also called coquilla nut - made by attaching two nuts together with pins - see photo. Both parts are somewhat apart from each other. .
