Two documents signed by Daniel D. Tompkins and John Taylor, dated April 17, 1816 and April 24, 1817. Daniel D. Tompkins was the fifth Governor of New York and the sixth Vice President of the United States. John Taylor was Lieutenant Governor of New York and became Governor of New York.
