Two Korean Blue and White Vases
Lot Details & Additional Photographs Joseon (Choson) dynasty (1392–1910), 19th century, includes a heavily potted vase with globular body and waisted neck, with an under glazed blue dragon flying amongst scrolling clouds, glazed with a slight gray color, and an elegant double gourd vase with cranes flying amongst scrolling clouds which may be older, both vases have loose brushwork giving the painting great energy.

Good estate condition; some pitting and firing defects to surface; felt circles to underside of the dragon vase.
