The first with a barque docked in icy waters, signed indistinctly S. Southgull / 1914. Both appear to be executed by the same hand.
Condition Report:
Both relined and and mounted on replaced stretchers. Examined under UV light, each with scattered inpainting and ingrained dirt and aged varnish.
