The first example three-color jasper dip with applique of a classically-clad woman playing lyre on a pale blue ground; with a white foliate border and sage green outer border. The second example blue jasper dip, of ovular form with applique of a classically-clad woman. Both framed. 'Wedgwood' impressed to the back of the three color plaque. Smaller plaque mark is not visible due to the frame. 19th century. {Approximate dimensions including frames: Three color 14 3/4 high x 13 1/8 inches wide, small oval plaque 8 1/4 high x 7 1/8 inches wide.}.
