Pair of Navy Officer percussion Pistols, 1810, in case. Originally in flintlock turned in percussion late 20´s. Impressive Brass Barrels eight fold, smooth bore and Liége proof marks, Marked " ELG",and the marks LONDON and Birmingham . BRASS garrisons decorated with same decors, . Lock signed by SHARPE ( a bit warm out) . Working fine, but one pistol served more than the other and have the main spring weekear. Brown Bright walnut stocks , Steel ramrods ( as the model but not original. In a tiger oak case, central scutcheon in brass, ( this not is original case) . no key ( closing pins instead) . Interior lined GREEN VELVET, compartmentalized, containing: brass powder flask ; lub bottle; apocryphal box, brass fulminant; steel mold, screwdriver . SHARPE- active in LONDON at 1800/1840.
