Three-body tonneau 18K pink gold case, signed, n. 792248, sloped bezel, fluted lugs, transparent caseback with screws, crown with Maltese cross. Vacheron leather strap and 18K pink gold buckle.
Skeletonized ring dial for the hours and minutes, small dial for the calendar and sector indication for the power reserve, seconds hand carried by the tourbillon with one minute revolution. Sword hands.
Manual-winding movement, gilded caliber 1790, signed, n. 967603, 27 jewels, skeletonized and engraved, lateral lever escapement, tourbillon regulator with steel cage in shape of Maltese cross, monometallic balance with screws adjusted to heat and cold, isochronism and five positions, Breguet hairspring.
Fitted with Vacheron & Constantin wooden box, outer-box, cloth, pin-set corrector, binder with booklets.
