It is made of 18 karat (tested) yellow gold and set with three oval faceted emeralds (total weight 0.63 carat) and ten round brilliant cut diamonds (total weight 0.60 carat). The diamonds are of G color and VS clarity. The gemstone carat weights are stamped inside the shank.

The ring is 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) wide in the center.
