VERY FINE AND RARE POLYCHROME PAINT-DECORATED WOODEN HATTER TRADE SIGN, PROBABLY NEW ENGLAND, CIRCA 1830

depicting three different hats, each positioned different with drape and swag motif above, along the bottom edge in chrome yellow block lettering GW Jackson.

Height 25 ½ in. by Length 28 in.

Condition Report:
the back has been braced with modem steel mending plates where the separation of the boards meet. There was once a thin frame that is missing. Very minor scant professional in-paint totaling a fraction of 1 %.
