Very fine and unusual, jumping hour, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Solid, polished case with stepped bezel, transparent case back, push-button crown, straight and curved lugs, sapphire crystals. Nice and even patinated silver guilloche dial, outer plain reserve with applied yellow gold dart indexes, a circular aperture exposing the triangular minute indicator, aperture for the jumping-hours in black Arabic numerals.
