Sea chart of the Brazilian coast from Punto de Lucena to Cabo S. Augustino. There are many rhumb lines and two compass roses, and a sailing ship. The title cartouche is flanked by two natives, and a large distance scale cartouche depicts several mer-people including Neptune holding a fish.
Condition Report: Expertly silked on verso, effecting repairs to the paper where the colored has caused slight cracking; very good.
