Vase (1) - Porcelain - China - Second half 20th century
An exquisite, large Chinese vase originating from the 20th century. The grande decor consists of two main sceneries inside cartouches, surrounded by an iron red background and several kinds of flowers. The first scene depicts a large headed sage with five children, the second one depicts a Chinese woman with five children. The bottom and top exterior of the vase have a Tiffany blue / green background filled with flowers. The base carries a Qianlong mark in iron red. The magnitude and detail make this piece very unique and a must have for every lover of Chinese art. The vase is in excellent condition - no damages or restorations. Height: ca 50. 5 cm.
