Vase - Monochrome - Porcelain - China - 19th century
A chinese porcelain baluster vase covered in an unusual lime green glaze draining to a well controlled stop at the neatly turned foot rim. The interior and base have a creamy white crackle glaze. There are areas of the body with a faint crackle and this may be deliberate. There are areas where this crackle has taken a faint atmospheric staining. Standing 13. 7 cms tall and weighing 300gm, it is in very good condition. Probably dating from the 2nd half of the Qing dynasty.
