12-solder silver, carved, cast and chiselled. hollow foot. In smooth ground - Johann Georg I of Saxony (1585 - 1656) - In memory of the Augsburg confessional peace of 1530. Motif side front chest image. Narrow, detached stand ring. On the foot bulge, the arched lid and the cylindrical wall, shield-like humps with alternating flowers and lily reliefs. The body is divided by vegetable ridges. In the reserves, various engravings with flowers and crowned monograms in alternation. Plastic cone on the lid bounded by a loop band. Ear handle in the shape of a cyryatid. Body flanked by mythical creatures as a thumb rest (head missing). H: 14.5 cm.Show more
