Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals faint stretcher bar marks along all four extreme edges, with associated minute specks of loss along the two vertical edges. Further extremely close inspection reveals two faint rub marks along the extreme upper horizontal edge, and some very fine drying craquelure to the centre of the composition. Very close inspection reveals a small dent to the centre of the upper horizontal edge, two minute protrusions to the centre of the right vertical edge, and a few minute media accretions in isolated places throughout. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
