Maralunga Cassina by Vico Magistretti has just been reupholstered in white boucle. Never used after refurbishment. 1990s, purchased from the Prisma retailer in Rimini (RN) . The color is white slightly tending towards cream (ral 9010) available for organizing shipments all over the world. An international best-seller with warm and reassuring shapes, in which the possibility of movement of the backrest, the soft appearance and the padding enhance comfort, giving life to multiple interpretations. The object of numerous imitations, Maralunga introduces the variation of the height of the headrest thanks to the insertion of a simple bicycle chain in the foam: an avant-garde construction mechanism patented by Cassina, which allows the immediate conversion of the backrest from low to high adjustment.
