Vintage Denby / Langley ''Mayflower'' Dinnerware Set designed by Gill Pemberton. Comprises: 14 x 7'' side plates; 8 x 8'' plates, and 9 x 10'' dinner plates; 6 x 7'' soup bowls, 6 x 6'' diameter sweet bowls; lidded coffee pot and lidded water pot; and a lidded serving dish. 46 pieces in total. The pattern was initially launched under the Langley banner in mid-60's until Denby acquired the brand. The pattern has a modern, semi-abstract hand-painted floral design on the plates in a tasteful combination of cream, browns, and charcoal grey, with touches of yellow and cinnamon. The bowls, cups, and saucers are finished in matte brown glaze. Comprises:
