Vintage Gold Ring with Tourmalines and Diamond

An unusual gold ring with flat-section hoop, expanding shoulders with openwork leaves, flower-shaped bezel with tourmaline petals, the pistil formed as six-pointed star with central brilliant cut diamond; stamped with '375' for nine carat gold, London assay office mark and 'B' for 1976, maker's mark 'PSL°'. 2.86 grams, 25.07mm overall, 16.82mm internal diameter (approximate size British M, USA 6, Europe 12.46, Japan 12) (1"). From an old Essex jewellery collection formed in the 1970s.
